Thunder welcome Moody logistics & storage aboard

Newcastle Thunder will be looking to deliver on their promise in 2018 and will welcome aboard a new associate partner well versed in that field with Moody Logistics and Storage joining the club’s family of partners.

Founded in 1947 as coal merchants, Moody has grown into one of the most successful pallet and delivery collection specialists in the North East.

From their headquarters in Cramlington, the firm offer an array of logistical services including next day UK deliveries and European transportation for pallet goods, general haulage and container shipments.

Moody’s also offer secure commercial storage facilities and have the ability to offer a tailored and complete distribution service to a wide range of customers.

The partnership with the region’s only professional rugby league side will see Moody’s branding present on the collar of Thunder’s 2018 home and away shirts, manufactured by ISC.

Welcoming Moody’s to the club, general manager Jordan Robinson said: “Moody’s are a very well known North East company with their vehicles a familiar sight on roads up and down the country and we’re very pleased to have them onboard for 2018.

“Playing in the most geographically diverse competition in rugby league will offer Moody’s the chance to promote the products and services to potential clients and as a company that started as a one-man operation to what it is today, there are parallels that we’d like to see shared by Thunder in the future.”
