Having announced details of 2021 Newcastle Thunder season ticket memberships, we hope to answer as many of your questions as possible with these Frequently Asked Questions.

What games does a 2021 season ticket membership cover?

Season ticket memberships cover all 11 Betfred Championship fixtures at Kingston Park Stadium either through in-person access or via a live stream.

Who qualifies as each category for season ticket membership?

Concessions are those supporters who are aged 65 or over on March 1, 2021, or are in full-time education. Under 16s are those supporters who are aged 15 and under on the same date.

How do I claim my streaming code for behind-closed-doors fixtures?

Access codes will be issued automatically to 2021 season tickets holders in advance of any home fixtures via email.  Supporters should ensure the email they provide for or have assigned to their e-ticketing account is valid and can be accessed.

How do I use my code to access game streams?

Games can be watched via the OuRLeague app or at www.rugby-league.com Full details on how to access the streams will be sent along with your access code.

Can I use my credit to purchase my 2021 season ticket?

Yes. Supporters who opted for a credit of their 2020 season ticket have had that value applied to their online ticketing account. If you are unsure on how to access your online ticket account, click here.

How will you ensure my safety on a match day / what will be different on a match day?
There will be a lot of changes we made to match-days at Kingston Park to ensure the best possible safety for our fans when they attend. You will receive information alongside your ticket regarding these precautions and the part you must play in line with any government guidance.

How do I book?

When will I know what seat I will have for games where supporters are allowed to attend?

Once a firm date is established for the return of spectators, the club will contact season ticket members to discuss the available options in line with any lasting restrictions that may be in place.
