Newcastle RLFC is thrilled to announce the launch of a brand new Digital Ticketing Service, available from the 2025 season!

We've been working hard behind the scenes with our new ticketing platform partner, Future Ticketing to provide a seamless and convenient experience for our dedicated fans.

This innovative service allows supporters to store their Season Tickets or Match Tickets directly on their mobiles through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, all accessible through the official Newcastle Thunder app.

Important Note: Both Print and Digital Season Tickets and Match Tickets will be available throughout the 2025 season.

What's Changing?

Starting from the 2025 season, Newcastle Thunder will offer a new Digital Ticketing Service. This means all Season Tickets and Match Tickets purchased will be securely stored within your personal account, accessible on your phone via the Newcastle Thunder app.

Accessing Your Season Tickets

Simply click on the link emailed to you and create an account using the same email address linked to your Ticket purchase. Once your account is set up and you've logged in, all your Tickets will be readily available!

Quick Matchday Access:

For iPhone and Android users, easily add the Newcastle Thunder app to your phone's home screen for instant access to your Tickets within seconds.

Print Tickets Still Available:

Don't worry, print options remain available! Simply print the PDF emailed to you at your convenience. Print tickets for Season Ticket holders and Platinum memberships will be announced closer to the 2025 season launch. 

Account Issues:

If you've created an account but can't see your tickets, double-check that you used the same email address associated with your Season Ticket purchase. Still having trouble? Contact us at www.thunderrugby.co.uk/club/contact and allow up to two working days for a response.
