The Club have launched a new initiative with the First Team, Academy and Staff called #ThinkThunder. The #ThinkThunder initiative aims to further Club dialogue surrounding difficult issues, dismantle stigmas, and use our collective voice to encourage all those associated with Newcastle Thunder to reach out, to speak up, and get the specialist support available.

Tailored workshops will be delivered to the First Team, Academy and Staff from November 2021. These will be led by the Welfare Committee specialists and external agencies.
