THE COUNTDOWN IS ON FOR OUR SQUADS ON THE TYNE FESTIVAL

It's less than 50 days to go and there is still time for your team to join one of the biggest, most inclusive rugby league festivals!

Newcastle Rugby Foundation is gearing up to host the Squads on the Tyne festival on the opening weekend of the Rugby League World Cup and your team could be part of the action! Taking place from Friday 14^th October- Sunday 16^th October, this grassroots festival will be one to remember.

Thanks to the support from RLWC 2021, Newcastle City Council and North of Tyne Combined Authority, Squads on the Tyne will take place at Kingston Park Stadium, the home of Newcastle Thunder. The festival is free to enter, and your squad has a chance to be a part of this blockbuster weekend.

We are calling all primary schools and secondary schools, junior rugby league clubs, touch rugby teams, Masters (35+), LDRL and PDRL teams from all over the UK to join us and kick off the world cup in style.

Join the likes of Yarm Wolves, York Acorn, Gateshead Storm, Eastmoor Dragons, Latchford Giants, Ulverston ARLFC, Haresfinch ARLFC, and many more.
