2023 Newcastle Thunder season tickets

Newcastle Thunder is delighted to launch its new season ticket packages ahead of the 2023 Betfred Championship season.

As excitement builds towards the upcoming campaign with an array of new signings, player retentions and new contracts recently announced, it is the first opportunity for the Thunder faithful to sign-up to the new campaign, with the first priority window set to open on Wednesday this week.

The team have been working hard in the background to ensure that this year’s season tickets give our trusted supporters the best value possible. And, with prices rising elsewhere we wanted to make sure Newcastle Thunder is as accessible as possible for as many people.

This year carparking will also be FREE for all attendees and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the game. 

Following the announcement that the club will be operating from the East Stand for the new season, Newcastle Thunder is introducing priority windows to book season tickets to allow existing fans to secure their seats ahead of general sale as recognition for their commitment to the club in 2022.

The season ticket priority windows will be the following:

2022 premier season ticket holders

Wednesday 9 November – Friday 11 November

This window is open to last year’s premier season tickets holders. The club ticket office will be in touch to confirm if you would like to secure your seat for the 2023 campaign.

New premier purchasers and 2022 season ticket renewals

Friday 11 November – Sunday 13 November

This window is open to last year’s season ticket holders and anyone wishing to purchase a premier ticket ahead of the new season.

For existing season ticket holders, the club ticket office will be in touch to confirm if you would like to secure your seat for the 2023 campaign.

2023 season tickets general sale

Monday 14 November – onwards

Season tickets will be on general sale from this point onwards and will be able to purchase online, in-store or through contacting the ticketing office by phone on 0191 214 5588 (opt 1) or by email at ticketoffice4@newcastle-falcons.co.uk.

Seating is limited for this season and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Speaking on the confirmation of Newcastle Thunder’s season ticket pricing, chair, Keith Christie said: “We’re delighted to announce our season tickets prices have been confirmed and memberships will go on sale in the coming days.

“A lot of discussions took place regarding season tickets as we wanted to make sure that this year, Thunder was more accessible than ever before.

“We took on board all our supporters’ feedback and understand that it is a difficult time for many at the moment and believe that this is reflected in our pricing for next year.

“We know it’s been a turbulent few months for the club but there’s a lot to be excited for in 2023.

“With Chris Thorman coming in and a number of player retentions and new signings confirmed, we hope that our supporters continue to show their commitment to Newcastle Thunder for the new year.”
