Design our club mascot competition

Newcastle Thunder is in the hunt for a new mascot and need your help!

Working with Thunder Community, Newcastle Thunder is holding a ‘design our mascot’ competition.

As straight forward as it sounds, we’re inviting supporters to design their own mascot for Newcastle Thunder with a panel of both coaches and players choosing a winner.

The winning design will be made into the club mascot and unveiled at a Thunder home game later in the year. The winner will also be invited to escort our new mascot onto the pitch for their first appearance.

The deadline to enter is Sunday, January 8 and be sure to include your name, age, and club/school in your entry.

It’s also very important that you name your mascot as well!
