Thunder confirm squad for Widnes Vikings clash

Head coach Chris Thorman has today named his 21-man squad to travel to Widnes Vikings.

The seventh-round fixture takes place this Sunday, March 26, kicking off at 3pm.

Widnes Vikings are the hosts with Thunder looking to make amends for defeat last time out against London Broncos at home.

The squad sees one change made from the last fixture with Alex Donaghy included in replacement of Evan Lawther, who drops out due to an injury sustained in Thunder’s Reserves fixture against London Broncos.

Donaghy was part of Northumbria University Rugby League’s first team squad who were crowned BUCS Champions earlier this week. The standoff was also named player of the match.

Hull FC quartet of Connor Wynne, Denive Balmforth, Matthew Laidlaw and Nick Staveley continue to feature in the Thunder squad as Gideon Boafo and Daniel Okoro remain sidelined with injuries.
