Newcastle Thunder face fierce West Cumbrian rivals Workington Town in the next round of the Betfred League 1 promotion playoffs as the race for a place in the final heats up.

Kicking off at 4pm on Sunday 22nd September, it is the first of a potential three knock-out games for Thunder as they aim to ascend into the Betfred Championship for 2020.

The match will be priced in line with all other home games at Kingston Park Stadium in 2019 with advanced purchased terrace tickets costing £10 for adults, £8 for concessions and £5 for Under 16s.

Tickets are on sale now.

Seated tickets in the East Stand will cost £12 for adults, £10 for concessions and £5 for under 16s, with all pre-purchased tickets enjoying a £3 early-bird discount over regular matchday prices

Season ticket holders are thanked for their superb support through the year to date, with their own pricing structure, with all adult and concession tickets priced at £8 and Under 16s tickets priced at £3.

Those with seats in the East Stand have until 5pm on Tuesday 17th September to book their regular ticket for the match, with the reduced prices valid until 4pm on Saturday 21st September

Depending on the result of the semi-final between Oldham and Doncaster, Thunder would either see themselves on the road to the Vestacare Stadium or at home again to Doncaster in the Preliminary Final on the weekend of September 28/29.

Should Thunder lose against Workington, then their playoff campaign will be over and the club will be set for the 2020 season in Betfred League 1.
